East Africa Futures Co Ltd (FUTURES), a non-deposit taking microfinance is looking to fill in the following positions.
ROLE PURPOSE
To source clients, market loan products, and collect documentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead Generation: Find and recruit new borrowers through field marketing and networking.
• Product Education: Explain loan terms and documentation requirements to clients.
• KYC & Vetting: Collect "Know Your Customer" (KYC) documents and assess initial creditworthiness and assist clients in completing applications
• Target Achievement: Meet monthly quotas for loan disbursements and new customer acquisition.
• Relationship Management: Maintaining ongoing contact with borrowers to ensure high customer satisfaction and foster repeat business or referrals.
Regions/Locations:
Nairobi, Coast, Nyanza, Western, Great Rift, Eastern, Central
Requirements:
• Diploma or Certificate in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Experience in sales, microfinance, banking, or financial services
