East Africa Futures Co Ltd (FUTURES), a non-deposit taking microfinance is looking to fill in the following positions.
ROLE PURPOSE
The regional sales team leader will be responsible for driving regional loan portfolio growth, building and managing a high-performing field Sales team, and ensuring business targets are met consistently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Execution
I). Lead effective execution of the business strategy in the assigned region
II). Customize and implement regional sales plans to expand market share and grow the active loan book
III). Identify new market opportunities
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise field-based sales representatives to ensure continuous growth
Managing Team Performance:
Set individual KPIs, monitor daily/weekly activity targets, and evaluate portfolio quality.
Reporting and Feedback:
Team & regional performance, market dynamics, competitive activity and customer feedback
Carry out periodic promotions:
Grow demand for our products. They may include, coordinate local sales activations, market storms and roadshows.

I). Active loan book growth
II). Sales team productivity
III). Market expansion
IV). Market share growth
Regions/Locations:
Nairobi, Coast, Nyanza, Western, Great Rift, Eastern, Central
Requirements:
• Education - Diploma in Business, Sales, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience - minimum 3 years of sales experience and 2+ years leading a dispersed field sales team in microfinance, banking, or credit lending.
• Skills - Strong leadership, analytical abilities, negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of credit risk and loan portfolio management, a strong understanding of the microfinance industry in Kenya.
